This is the real deal. I wanted a Italian dinner for my birthday and they hit a home run here. The server Tayla was very helpful... with the menu. Second visit,much better than the first! Calamari was well prepared, not overdone as sometimes happens. Cheese calzone had a... good balance of ricotta to mozzarella. Homemade marina was tasty. Server was excellent, especially since she was the onlyserver,and had a party of 8 ,as well as other 2 top tables. She continued to check on us and made sure we had everything weneeded. I really cannot sing this restaurants praises enough. My boyfriend and I come around once a week and have never once been... disappointed by anything on the menu, and the cakes are absolutely OUTSTANDING. Great experience from the door. Relatively small but yet quaint (sweet/old-fashioned). This is a diamond in the rough. Great... food, great service and satisfaction guaranteed. Let me run this down: Drink: Bullet Old Fashion was hittin' after a day ofwork to lead into weekend. Starter: Rice Ball (AMAZING, AMAZING) this could be a meal in itself. Fried Zucchini was fried toogolden perfection with the perfect balanced marinara sauce Entrée: Lasagna (If I could have some RIGHT NOW) to die for. Best Italian food, reminds us of the wonderful dishes we enjoyed in Italy. I told the owner/chef that I loved Risotto and even... though it wasn't on the menu, he made it just for me. Let me tell you, it was the best I've had in the States. My husband gotthe Penne Bolognese & it was amazing as well! Great wine selection & excellent service. Great food very quaint place, staff were very young and not as attentive as I would?ve hoped for.

Let me tell you what, this was the most disappointing pizza I have ever tried from anywhere EVER. Not to mention the most... expensive. Almost $40 for the 28 inch cheese pizza pie and it so dry and hard to chew. I mean VERY DRY. There was basically nosauce on it at all and the whole pizza was just huge overcooked hard chunks of cheese or bread that took up the whole slice.Like how can you take that out of the oven and say yeah this acceptable to charge somebody almost 40 bucks for. Nope. Neveragain. I know sometimes places have bad days and maybe the pizza was over cooked, it happens but if your charging someone thatmuch you should make sure it's good enough to put in the dang box. Awesome place for pizza!! They were busy but knew how to make the crowd flow perfectly. Started with mozzarella sticks and that... is not the ones you get in a frozen section, they were made and very delicious. We got the meatso pizza and it was exactly whatwe were looking for in pizza even down to the crust. We will be back and maybe try pasta next time.
