This is the worse or one of the worse McDonald's in Concord workers standing not answering the window ???? people trynna get... something to eat before work night it says close at 11pm on the site. I'm at the window at 9:56pm person standing in the cornerlooking round the corner in place of saying we're closed. Poor service even not waiting on customers ???? be polite and saywe're closed or even turn the lights off at the drive thru so we're know you all are closed. And people wonder why fast foodservice so Terrible close them DOWN ???? Read more

Usually love coming to this location. But. Even though it was super busy my fries are ice cold and the "chicken" sandwich tastes... like nothing. Dude just kept complaining about not wanting to work while tossing the bag on the counter. I guess it's mine? Thislocation is sh&t now. What a waste of money. Read more

They gave my food to another customer. The customer then backed up to the drive thru a few moments later and gave it back. Then... they tried to give it to another customer before giving it to me, by the way is illegal. You have to make the order fresh. Thefries were cold and half gone and I through them out when I got to work.The gentleman that brought it out told me no and walkedoff quickly when I said something about it. I emailed customer service and this was their response... "Hello Miranda: Thankyou for taking the time to share your recent experience at the McDonald's in Concord, NC with me. I am sorry for the lack ofcleanliness you observed. I want you to know that we have already taken action on your feedback, by notifying our localfranchisee of your experience and requesting he or she follows-up with you directly to address this issue. McDonald's need to teach the employees to put the right amount of ice on cups. Cups even have an ice mark on the side. However... cup was almost full of ice and just a bit of drink. Unacceptable. Read more

Employees were screaming and fighting and food was being thrown. Woman doing so was a manager and taking my order and she was... being rude and nasty to me as well. She also didn't give someone their large fries outside that was waiting and they finallydrove off. The other manager in the store did nothing to stop the situation and was even trying to convince one of them to stayafter he quit! Fire them all and correct the situation! No apologies to us or anything! I was there about 15 minutes during thisargument and finally got back in my car with the food and it was the most sloppy disgusting Mcdonalds meal I've ever had. Disappointed.... breakfast is "usually" okay except "hashbrowns" are USUALLY overcooked. Lunch or dinner avoid, burgers cold... (cheese didn't even start to melt), fries ....ugh (self explanatory, look at Pic. Why did service decline so badly? Read more

Very unpleasant experience at this location. It seemed very clean and had the self-ordering kiosk which was nice. I was taking... pictures to prepare to give a review. I was approached by the manager who told me I couldn't take pictures inside. When Iinquired as to why, she said it was per the owner. She was quite rude and when I asked her name she said "What's your name." Her name was Belinda. We still ate our food since we had already ordered. It was dry and didn't seem fresh. The only reason I amgiving 2 stars is because the restaurant was clean and they had the kiosk. Go up an exit for a better experience. Read more
