I am so disappointed! How many times will I have to pay for a filled doughnut that has no filling? I'm really tired of this,... first the "lemon filled" and now the Krispy Kreme "original filled." If you don't want to chance being disappointed just orderthe glazed. I ordered 2 dozen and spent good money. I think they should do something for me not getting what I paid for! Read more

Hot sign was on. Krispy Kreme just isnt as good as it use to be. The drive thru was a little slow. The line wasnt long. I... probably wont go back for more. If the kids ask ok, not a choice for me anymore. My daughter said the donuts look like bellybuttons. I cant unsee it. Read more
When I saw the signage from the road a few hours after arriving in town, I knew where I would be the next morning. The whole... family joined me and we were not disappointed. The process of donut creation was in full view. Uncooked donuts dropped intohot oil, flipped over, ran through the glazing curtain and then cooled. Krispy Kreme hats were on the kids heads as theywatched the process. We ordered a dozen glazed donuts and they were pulled from the line. Fresh, hot donuts were consumed lessthan 2 minutes after the first entered the cooking oil. We were in sweet sugary breakfast heaven. This process was repeatedagain and will be again if we return to the Concord NC area. Read more
This Krispy Kreme makes HOT FRESH DONUTS omg, they also sell shirts, hydration flasks, coffee mugs and key chains. They have... this amazingly huge pink frosted donut on the outdoor patio that you can sit on, I added pictures of it. They also have mobileordering and pick up here too. Basically a normal Krispy Kreme, but bigger and better with more flavors on hand. Pretty sure they have 'em hot and fresh here... all day, too. It was the kids' first experience with KK, and they loved it. Read more
They didn't have the strawberry flavored shell topping melted for the ice cream that I wanted. I went just for that and ended up... buying a dozen doughnuts. Uggg! I went there again on 11/16/22 again for the strawberry ice cream and again they didn't have itso I brought those Thanksgiving mini donuts( 1 dozen $17+) and they barely have filling in them.
