Horrible experience, went through the drive thur and order 2 3pc meals got home and only had 2 little pieces of chicken in each... box. Call up there and the manager (a lady) her name started with a (S) she was extremely rude and act like I was lying. Shemade me feel extremely bad. The guy Darnell that was in the drive Thu was extremely nice but that manager was rude. So now Iwasted around 20 dollars on those meals that wasn't right. 35 minutes to place order and get same. I work near this location; always have had great food and service. Will think twice now... about eating at this location, especially if dining in!! Read more
No special Thursday night, 6:30 - sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes for my order. They gave me 1/2 of my order (the TacoBell... half) and then asked me to "pull forward" for the KFC half... I'd only ordered 5 tenders and mashed potatoes. I waited another15 minutes before going INSIDE and asking for a refund. Manager wasn't bothered at all by this, never apologized and acted likeit was an inconvenience for her to have to do this. Not only poor service, poor customer service. Visit here at your own risk. Went to drive thru and decided not to get anything because the attitude behind the speaker stated "its still going to be awhile... for the chicken" they should have chicken cooked by 5pm for the rush hour. Be always prepared and lose the attitude. Then youwouldn't have people turning away. Read more
Originally I posted "The line is always extremely long. I image the workers are overworked. Most of the time they're friendly,... hence the 2 stars." I would have been 0 if google had if allowed. A few hours after eating the small portion of the food Ibegan to experience symptoms of food poisoning.... hence the now 1 star.Let's just say it's been a rough night. If you look atthe pic below, this is the thigh someone had the audacity to put in my 2 pc. It was dried out on one side, the other side hadundercooked breading...it was weird The Chicken pot pie was so old the potatoes turned to mashed potatoes in the pie. I Calledand advised of the quality of food and I was told to bring the food back. After I advised I couldn't come till tomorrow, MsShirley told me " Then bring the food back tomorrow and we'll replace it or give you a refund." As she was ending the call was Ipointed out the fact that there was no apology or acknowledgment of my inconvenience. She proceeded by advising me twice thatshe was still listening to the complaint...Which was actually very short...I got extremely quiet as she was ending the callagain. I then said" y'all hear thisYall are recording this right?" ... Out of fear that she was being recorded she thenapologized... I wonder how many other customers got sick last night. Got my order and proceeded to work, ended up with 3 pieces of chicken instead of a 4 pc combo with sides. Called them and... wanted a refund, instead they offered to give me the right order after admitting they gave me the wrong bag. I did not have timeto go back to KFC after arriving at work. Read more
