Horrible experience, went through the drive thur and order 2 3pc meals got home and only had 2 little pieces of chicken in each... box. Call up there and the manager (a lady) her name started with a (S) she was extremely rude and act like I was lying. Shemade me feel extremely bad. The guy Darnell that was in the drive Thu was extremely nice but that manager was rude. So now Iwasted around 20 dollars on those meals that wasn't right. No special Thursday night, 6:30 - sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes for my order. They gave me 1/2 of my order (the TacoBell... half) and then asked me to "pull forward" for the KFC half... I'd only ordered 5 tenders and mashed potatoes. I waited another15 minutes before going INSIDE and asking for a refund. Manager wasn't bothered at all by this, never apologized and acted likeit was an inconvenience for her to have to do this. Not only poor service, poor customer service. Visit here at your own risk.
