God Awful service and careless employees who can?t read a simple sandwich order. Asked for a sandwich Turkey Ham and Cheese with... no mayo or tomato, get the sandwich with mayo and tomato. Ask for a new sandwich and get another with tomato and mayo. Read more
I order from this store a lot and normally the whole process takes at most 30 min, that?s making it and delivering it, but today... it took about 20 mins for them just to say they were on the way then it took around 40 mins for them to deliver it and my workis only 5 mins down the road. Then when I called to check on my order to make sure I didn?t mess up they were kind of rude to meon the phone and hung up on me and I only have a small amount of time to eat lunch. Left me waiting for over 2 hours. They messed up my sandwich and said they wpuld swap it out. The manager told me twice on the... phone I would get a new sub. Then someone else calls to tell me they wouldnt do it. Im wating lunch now at 3pm. Thanks fornothing and still waiting on my refund. Read more
I placed an order for 45 sandwich boxed lunches to be delivered to Frank Liske Park for Pfeiffer University Nursing. The... portions were good. The food was fresh (including the sliced tomatoes and shredded lettuce). The price was great. The managerand delivery woman provided awesome, worry free service. Not a good experience at all . Our service was extremely slow and the store was not busy at all . Our sandwich maker was handed... a tip from another customer and continued to hold the cash in his hand while preparing sandwiches. He finally put the moneydown , but he went on working . He had to be told to change his gloves by a customer. We will not be coming back . Read more
Picked up a roast beef sub with extra veggies. Must say it was pretty tasty and they did pretty well with filling my order. I... know JJ is known for their thin sub rolls, but a thicker sub roll would be better for sandwiches with extra toppings in orderfor the sub to stay together. Read more
Great food, "Freaky Fast" while in store. Friendly staff and a solid chain for submarine sandwiches. However, delivery time did... not meet my expectations. I ordered online around 1:15 p.m. and Jimmy Johns has an online order tracker that shows you thestatus. It states that the order was received a minute later, confirmed a minute after, and states the order was out fordelivery around 1:30. I didn't receive my order until an additional 20 minutes after it was "out for delivery", marking thetotal time from ordering 35 minutes. While I may expect this from a local pizza delivery, for a company whose slogan is "FreakyFast", I wasn't that impressed with their delivery time, especially when another sandwich shop less than a mile away delivers inalmost half of the time. Our experience today was wonderful! In the pandemic (& snow too), employees have been short. Today, Cody was working very hard... all my himself and was doing a great job! He was careful and switched gloves when needed and followed every specific change wewanted on our subs. Shout to him for holding down the fort by himself! God bless you, Cody! Read more
