Absolutely the worst JJ you will visit. I gave it three tries but never got better. It?s gone significantly downhill. The... slowest service imaginable; trash all I?ve over the kitchen floor; and the most rude staff imaginable. Huge Jimmy John's fan and always will be. However, I think the Freaky Fast part is now false advertising. I'm not sure what's... happened, but they seem to be consistently slower than usual lately. They also have consistently messed up my order lately. Irecommend ordering about 10min ahead on the app if you're in a hurry and double check your sandwiches before you leave if youhad any customizations. This JJ store is the slowest franchise for JJ that I have ever encountered. Constantly mismanaged on how they assign orders to... be prepared. I placed the order on their mobile app. Come to store and tell the attendant that I have mobile order and stillwait another 15 minutes before my 2 sandwiches are ready. I mean I placed the order 10 minutes before I stopped at the store, soa total of 25 min wait from the time I placed the order to when it was completed. Simply unacceptable for a supposedly freakyfast sandwich place that they claim. When I checked my printed order ship was just stuck there without being moved forward. Thebozos that work here needs training and thus store needs a better way to handle the orders on a First In First Out Basis whichis simply not being followed by the store employees.. Read more
Drive thru on 6/16 at 6:45. Things were moving so slow I thought one person was working. When we pulled up to window we saw five... people inside. Nobody was working, just talking to each other and moving so slow it looked like they were buried in quick sand.This location is a joke. Read more
Came to a JJ's for the first time in a decade, cuz I thought it'd be quick. Pretty dang slow. When I worked at a JJ's, we had... sixteen seconds to make a sandwich, no hyperbole. Our boss would do random checks with a stopwatch, and we were always under. Read more
