Customer service is garbage. They never have your order ready on time. And then they purposely held my order behind the counter... knowing I was sitting there waiting for my order. Instead of doing the logical thing which would be putting on the order pick-upshelf. They then call out another customer's order and gives it to them while letting mine sit. I finally go up to the counterand they had my order ready the entire time. They wasted my time and made me late getting back to work. And it seemedintentional. I will not be back. Read more

The sandwich was great. A little on the pricey side. Ended up about $15 for a small sandwich, chips and a drink.

I always have a great experience at Jersey Mike?s. However, the Concord Mills location is always a step above. Recently, I... went there for my normal Big Kahuna Steak and Cheese, and was helped by a young man named Logan. He was extremely polite andhelpful, and he even remembered my side of Red Pepper Relish when I forgot about it. My sandwich wouldn't have been the samewithout the Red Pepper Relish. Great job Logan. Ordered a tuna in a tub and it was definietly not up to par. It had a little lettuce that was wivered up . Manager was not... helpful with my order since I ordered through post mates she said she could not help me at all.
