I wish I could rate it lower. I will assume they were under staffed. The manager kept walking out from the kitchen saying she... needed to lock the door because they were too busy. It took 20 minutes to get 2 double cheeseburgers and they were burnt. Iwon't stop here ever again. Read more
This used to be a fairly bad location. Bad service , food wasn't prepared well, employees were not friendly. Since the ownership... closed a few local branches and moved employees around, a couple years ago, this branch has really turned things around. Goodemployees especially for morning and early afternoon times. Food is better prepared and for the most part drive through serviceis much better. Read more
Took 30 mins then lied to my face about why the food wasn't ready. 4 regular cheese burgers. I watched them not make it until 15... after I ordered. Then gave grief when asked about a milkshake for the hassle. Btw I'm a former employee!! Read more
I came to order and I say clearly what I needed when I got there to pay she only give 2 drinks and I make 4 orders each with a... drink and she start screaming to me when i ask for the other 2 drinks she can't be screaming to their customers Read more
Ordered tenders from drive thru. I had to wait extra time but they were fresh and crispy. Worth the wait.
Went through the drive thru at about 1pm and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, a regular cheeseburger 2 cokes and a cinnamon roll.... Nothing out of the ordinary until I got home and took my burgers out. Literally all smashed flat, like purposely. My husbandtook them back and the cook wanted to be smart and ask "what does she want" didn't know it was my husband. Seems they smashedour food as a joke and thought it was funny. The order taker was awesome, very helpful and polite. The food is Hardee?s, so if you?ve ever eaten here before you know what... you?re getting because it?s a chain restaurant. If you?re very hungry come early because they are slow as molasses. You?ll be inline for 20 minutes. I?m not sure there?s even such thing as fast food anymore ??. Read more
