One of the better burger / grill places on this side of the city. Menu selection has a very good variety of sandwiches. I prefer... this place over Ace, 5 guys, etc. Staff is usually pretty friendly. The only down side is parking can be a pain and limitedspace inside the restaurant. Read more
We got there about 40 minutes to close and the 2 girls up front at the register were amazing. It definitely was not like other... places before close. These girls took the time and explained the menu and were really nice and helpful. They never rushed us ormade us feel like we had to hurry. They took good care of us after we got our food. The portions were huge. Well worth themoney. The cook got hit with several tickets at once and our food still came out quick and it tasted great. Since my last review they have added a veterans discount. I do now eat here and would recommend it to others... as long as you... don't want a hotdog with chili.... They are probably the worste hotdogs I have had. Poor quality hotdogs, overcooked, and theyneed to look into getting a good hotdog chilli. They literally just put sauceless/tasteless ground up hamburger meat on top. Ithink it is disrespectful of a place to look at a Veteran not knowing what all they've sacrificed for them and say we only givea discount if you are in uniform... Anyone can buy a uniform a small percentage truly earn it.... You'd be better off to stopyour sentence at no we don't give a veterans discount. Read more
The employees here are great but the manager was so rude after I called to let them know things were missing from my pick up... order. She was nonchalant about it and proceeded to say ?oh well, I?m sorry, next time?. She didn?t attempt to rectify theissue, until I pulled up to return the food due to her lack of customer service. We?ve driven by this place for 3 years and I?m sad that we lost that much time eating here! The food was great, staff was really... polite and accommodating to our many questions. I got the fried flounder sandwich, awesome. Wife got a burger, awesome. Kids gottenders and a cheeseburger (awesome awesome). We also got fried pickles and French fries, done perfectly. Their homemade ranchis delicious. Check this place out! Also they have a kids eat freee on Monday and Tuesday deal that you should check out. Afamily of 4 ate and had leftovers for $30 (kids free). Been going to this establishment for a while now. Me and my family live in the area. Yesterday was one of the worst experiences... I?ve EVER had. A rude cashier messed up my order, it was COLD and she had a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, so I politely asked for a refundto be done and she PROCEEDED TO ARGUE ???? TELLING ME SHE COULDN?T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, SHE WAS NASTY AND MADE THE WHOLETRANSACTION UNCOMFORTABLE. I feel like she may have been overwhelmed but I expected better. Read more
