I was impressed with the customer service. Everyone was polite. Restaurant was clean.

Overall subs were good . I customized my sub with no mistakes. Service was very slow. It took 35 minutes to receive my order.

First time at Firehouse sub because I wanted a sub sandwich. The cashier was very nice and helpful and even made a suggestion... because I wanted to remove the mushrooms. I got a salad with the small sub. Bland taste and I would suggest not putting thedressing cup inside on top of the lettuce. Not sanitary. Read more

This place is horrible. There are 5 people behind the counter and each of them are walking in circles doing nothing. No one... was making any sandwiches but there were at least 10 tickets waiting to be made. No management in sight! I love firehouse subsbut I will never come back to this location. $42 for 3 medium subs that so far I?ve been waiting 25 minutes to get. I couldhave went to a real restaurant and done much better! Where do I begin? Thoroughly disgusted with this location. 2 employees stoned out of their minds. This photo is of one of... them. Their chairs are all flipped upside down on the tables at 5pm. We found one table with the chairs upright. I ordered myusual here a large New York steamer and my daughter a turkey bacon ranch. I had one small sliver of meat on my large sub and itwas ice cold. Also pictured is my $3.19 drink. They had no carbonation in their machine so I had to pour my coke out and settlefor lemonade that also ran out after filling this tiny cup. Had the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sandwich. The food was good as was the customer service. Associates were friendly and... helpful. One of the machines they use to heat the food wasn?t working. If I hadn?t been watching what took place I would havebeen upset at how long it took to get my food.
