First I must say that the store is of high integrity. I had a great afternoon lunch but had dropped my wallet with more money in... it than I should have been carrying. After such a stressful day searching for it I received a call from Shawn who had found it.I'm really grateful to the store manager who put it in the safe as well as Shawn for their honest hearts and valuing theircustomers. I always order online and go in for pickup, it?s literally a coin-flip on if the sub I ordered that day is going to be good or... not. Some days it?s the best Firehouse sub I?ve ever had, and some days I wish I didn?t waste my money on a wet sloppy colddisaster of a sandwich. So I just walked into this location and asked if the bread has dairy in it bc it?s an allergen for me and you?d think I asked... them for $$ or something. Not everyone eats dairy! The nice white lady at the counter tried to find out but the black malemanager just couldn?t seem to be bothered ???? He mumbled & shook his head not bothering to assist her to even find out. After afew minutes of me standing they?re waiting on an answer the nice white lady just turns around and says ?I?m sorry? in a stillconfused kind of way so I get no real answer for sure at all. Food is amazingly good, but the staff was very rude and the attitude was just unnecessary. We ordered few Subs but the person... behind the counter was just not having it. I will definitely go and eat @ Firehouse Subs but just not at this location. Read more
