I wish I could rate this place more than five stars. For the price of the food, it's absolutely insane. A chicken breast and... shrimp combo is like $11 and comes with an almost comically sized portion of beans and rice and assorted things such asguacamole and tomatoes and lettuce. They give you FREE QUESO. The drink specials are just absolutely incredible. Even when mybank account is not looking good, I always know I can rely on this place to have an option that not only is cheap, but has anincredible amount of food. If you like life, come here. If you want to find a reason to like life, then come here. This place ismy sunshine of a rainy day. Any time I come here it is the highlight of my week and I absolutely can not overstate the fact thaty'all gotta get over there. Also the parking is wonderful. Even at this restaurants most crowded, there will always be parking.The atmosphere is just wonderful. The margaritas here are a gift. The service is fantastic. One of the best Mexican restaurants in town. Definitely worth a try.
1st time visitors. Wow. Excellent service. They brought out 3 dips for tortilla chips. We had the veggie plates. They were... wonderful. We'll be back for sure. Drove from Charlotte-UNCC area. My new favorite Mexican restaurant. Have driven by here for years, and finally tried it the other month. Now I can?t go anywhere... else. The food is to die for. I have gotten the Cazuelon multiple times and it makes my mouth water each time. The service isalways fast and friendly. I love that the chips come with two different types of salsa, as well as queso. The portions are huge,so I always have left overs. Definitely do yourself and favor and check this place out. Read more
What an amazing experience! The food was delicious and the service was amazing. My family celebrated my fiance and soon to be... mother in law birthday ???????? and the employees really came through for out party with singing, Sombra and the whip cream.It's safe to say we found a new restaurant and by far is our favorite Mexican restaurant.
