If I could do negative stars, I would. The girl working the food station either can't read or doesn't know what she's doing.... They ran out of croissants and instead of asking what to substitute, she didn't give me a sandwich. She handed me a sausagewake-up wrap that obviously wasn't heated up. I ordered an everything bagel toasted, got a plain bagel. And when I complainedshe had the audacity to have an attitude with me 'well what would you like me to do'. Well, let's start with your job or beingable to read. Then focus on your skills on communication and working with people. Also had to wait 25 minutes for this. Don'tbother coming here. rather wait for biscuitville's line than come here again. Read more
The drive thru was wrapped around the building and out of the parking lot! We went inside and everyone was busy working.... Everyone was professional and we got our donuts and we were out in less than 5 min. Everyone stayed cool under pressure. Read more
We ordered on the touch screen and still had our order messed up. They tried to give me someone else's order even with a number.... Coffee on the floor "good by date" 3 months out. Buy Hey, the donuts and Coffee were still good and the service great. Read more
Worst customer Service, I asked for pumpkin munchkins and they gave me glazed. I told the person that those were glazed and he... lied and said they were pumpkin. And my caramel latte wasn't sweet at all. I wanted to talk to a manager but no one came to thewindow. Read more
EVERY TIME I order from this location, the order is always WRONG. My orders are never complicated, nor require special... accommodations. I ask for a simple donut flavor, or a type of bagel for my sandwich, and get the wrong thing every time! Who ishiring these people?? Hire better, smarter, and more professional employees. If you can't handle making a simple sandwichcorrectly, or putting the correct donut type in a box, I worry about what other miniscule tasks you fail at. Read more
Sharing this in hopes a manager reads it. Went through the drive through this morning at 7:15am. Ordered Avocado Toast. When the... young lady explained they were out of something for it I chose not to get it. She proceeded to laugh over the speaker rudely.When I pulled around to the window she was laughing and joking about it with other employees. I don?t know if this is how sheusually carry?s herself or if she was oblivious to the thought she could be heard from 3ft away. Nonetheless, there should bebetter professionalism. The young gentleman at the window is always pleasant and when I told him to let them know they could beheard he apologized nicely. Some training in courtesy and professionalism could be used as these employees don?t understand howthey are impacting your customers and bottom line. Read more
The girl taking my order was nice enough, but her and one of the others just stood at the window talking and laughing the whole... time I was there. The girl that prepared my tea over filled it and it spilled incredibly hot water onto my hand. Did not feelvery good. The girl at the window asked the other one to put it in a new cup with a little less water and she groaned incrediblyloudly at the inconvenience of fixing her mistake that burned me.
