Went to this cold stone today a little bit before closing but we were not the only people in line. Don?t go an hour before closing! The 6 employees start cleaning up, while one person services the line and you have to wait.... They don?t listen, aren?t friendly, and come off very lazy. The mall closes at 9pm we got there at 7:58pm. And waited 15 minutes(with one person ahead of us). I watched people leave the line due to the wait time. The ice cream itself was good, but thestaff that is there on weekends clearly don?t want to be there and it makes it not worth it. The two stars is for the ice cream. Read more

A worker was making my Oreo goldmine and dropped the caramel bottle behind the area where she mixes the ice cream and then just... wipes the bottle off with her apron, squeezes caramel from the bottle she just wiped off and continues to mix up my ice cream.Nasty and unsanitary. 5-6 employees standing in back in circle talking with one person out front, all appeared to be teenagers. When an associate came... from the back because a line started to form she did so AS SHE WAS DRINKING HER PERSONAL DRINK. Didn?t wash hands or put ongloves. I had to ask her to please go wash her hands. i love coldstone in general but this one was bad. the chocolate ice cream is good, i got chocolate chips and kitkats with it but... the lady there gave me two singular kitkats in my medium, i would?ve liked more. she also told me to follow her to the front ofthe line, ahead of five people which was weird and uncomfortable. when i went to pay, the worker looked annoyed that i hadn?tyet. wouldn?t recommend this coldstone. I had an amazing experience yesterday with Tiffany at the Cold Stone in Concord, NC yesterday!! It was my first time not... ordering in person. Tiffany had excellent customer service skills on the phone. It was my Dad's birthday and I live an houraway. I wanted to surprise him with a cake, but it I decided to go with the cupcakes. Tiffany helped me with making the cupcakejust like his favorite cake. She followed up with me and I had Postmates pick it up and deliver it to him. My Dad was so excitedand surprised.
