My experience at Clean juice today was disgusting to say the least. I go to the Concord NC location at least 4-5 times per week.... Today i was entitled to my $5 discount, but instead i was told someone did not input my phone number yesterday that i gave themand since thats ?nobodys fault? like the cashier told me i was told to pay $11 or come back another day. This has nothing to dowith the money but the principal. I spend a TON of money at this establishment for my concern to be totally disregarded bySophia. No apology, no attempt to correct the error, nothing given to a customer that spends HUNDREDS of dollars here. Not tomention i am pregnant. I was handled like an animal today and will be sure to spend my money elsewhere moving forward. Read more
I'm a clean juice fan, I frequently 3/4 times weekly even when traveling. It's one of my go to's for healthy options. I was... heading to an appointment and ran in ordered the healthy heart, staff was nice, got my 24oz and hit the highway... I wasextremely disappointed thinking something is wrong with this smoothie, it simply was tasteless, like seriously a iced milkshakewith no flavor, no cinnamon, no maple, no taste.... it was so bad I wanted to returned but I was headed out of town... aftermy appointment I went to a different location and ordered the same smoothie and it was a major difference I could taste thecinnamon and maple, it was also different in color so I knew something was left out of my smoothie at this Derita location inConcord. I will be back the next time I'm in the area for a re-make. I was not happy, very disappointing. Read more
