I brought in my 4 year old for her birthday and I?ve never experienced such rude behavior from the general manager. She has such... poor customer services skills and when addressed she was beyond rude. She ruined my daughter?s birthday and I will not bereturning. Read more
The cleanest Chuck E. Cheese I?ve been to. The games are up to date and exciting, especially the fishing game (I?ve included a... pic of it). I, I mean the kids ????, spent most of the time playing that game. Read more

This is one of the nicest Chuck E. Cheese in Charlotte. The location is very convenient off 85 and near many shopping and... restaurants. The place was clean and had clean bathrooms. They games are kid age appropriate and unfortunately some didn?t workproperly. But the majority did. They also had dip and dots which was a plus. The prizes were not worth it. But the games werefun. Great place for celebrating kid?s birthday party. Plenty of arcade games and small kids friendly games inside. Party area and... tables are big to accommodate a decent size group. there is no option for party room. Really loved their pizzas, fresh made.Convenient and easy place to organize kids parties. Its a very good place to take your kids. Also its a very place to celebrate your kids bday too. My kids love coming to chuck E.... cheese's. I would definitely come back to celebrate my kids bday and to bring them to have fun for a day. Read more
Went for my grandson's 2nd bday. They didn't have the cake my daughter ordered (Paw Patrol) but the cake the did have was nice,... but it was slightly frozen and hard as hell. It was so hard that when the server was cutting it, I thought it was an ice creamcake. ???? I actually like Chuck's pizza but it takes FOREVER to get an order. They should have pizzas pre-made and ready to popin the oven. I waited so long, I almost forgot I ordered. I do love that all the tickets go on a card so you don't have to waitanymore for a kid to feed 5k tickets into a machine. I enjoyed the games and got some good prizes. I'll take my grandson back.
