I'm giving a review today because I am blown away by the great customer service and... the quality of food at this Burger King everything was fresh hot and delicious! Since my child has speech therapy across thestreet I'm so happy that I'm able to stop by this Burger King it's clean and the people there are nice impatient. This concord mills location has yet to let me down. My order has never been wrong here.
My Whopper wasn't quite as good as usual. It was a little sloppy, with clumps of mayo that should have been spread over the... whole sandwich. Not bad, but not the awesome hamburger I had expected. Read more
Haven't been to burger King in a while because it was usually a disappointment. This location seems to be newer, or at least... updated. Went to the drive through, service was quick, accurate, and friendly. Food was piping hot and honestly the best burgerKing food I've had since I was a kid. Read more

Burger King has expanded their menu options to accommodate those of us who don't eat meat, but still enjoy the signature taste... of the establishment. I have been able to find a couple of menu items I can enjoy, one of them being the fish filet. The firsttime I came, my order was perfect - up-sized to a large with a sprite. The 2nd time I went, it was in the afternoon and my orderwas completely wrong and overcooked, but that's 2nd shift for you most places. I decided to give them another shot, so I wentagain during the earlier part of the day. My meal was fresh, I just wish they would have taken a little more time to payattention to my order. I will still visit here every so often because it is close to where I frequent for a fry or a drink on ahot day. Read more
This location has awesome and friendly service in the drive thru line. We all know that because of the pandemic and staff... shortages lines are to be long and I don?t complain. Their dining room was closed on the day of my visit. Big, big thanks tothe crew members at this location for providing service with great attitude and going above and beyond. The woman who was takingorders was so friendly. The young man who was taking orders was also very courteous. They apologized for the wait and broughtthe order out to my car.
