This is hands down the absolute worst Bojangles I've ever visited. They are constantly "out" of anything off the standard... chicken items. Steak or bacon biscuit after 7/8? Out. Sweet potato pie? Out. Gravy biscuits? Out. You get the picture.Especially when the female manager is running the shop. On occasions when she isn't there I can still get a hot steak biscuitwith a 5 minute wait, which is understandable. She literally told me we close at 10 - it was 8:15. It's like the McDonald's icecream machine. They're not out, they have shut down certain aspects of the cooking line so they can leave earlier. To top it offmy order is usually cold or wrong. Order 12p family pack, requested NO THIGHS, to be replace with wings instead but I received 4 thighs, 2 breasts & 4 wings. Every... biscuits was burned furthermore order 3 large fries. Don't know what was ordered b/c I didn't received a receipt but I paid$48.11. Read more
Service was not good plus the food was just put together. Anybody that has eaten at Bojangles that gotten the Cajon chicken... fillet sandwich outside the bun and chicken, it comes with tomato, lettuce and mayo unless order otherwise. Bojangles is a life long love story. I have consistently enjoyed the food. I prefer bone in dark meat chicken and it was... delicious, crispy outside, perfectly seasoned, and juicy. Despite a long line in the drive through (I think the dining room wasopen) it was not beyond reason in the times I. Which we find ourselves. Read more
It seemed my order was inconvenient for the restaurant. Chef staring me down as I rolled up to the pickup window. I was told it... would be 15 minutes and my chicken order. Stopped at this location this morning and this fella was outside greeting everyone. He said his name was Dalton and he was so... nice!!! Told me to try the supremes, which isn?t my usual, but decided to trust him and they were great! Shout out to Dalton fora great start to my morning. He really knows what he?s talking about!!!! I wish I could rate this place 6 stars. Every morning I start my day off by visiting this location with my chair and enjoying my... chicken supreme (sometimes a few supremes). I usually try to arrive right at open to get the freshest combo. Wow I just can'trecommend this place more. If you drive by and see me make sure to honk! Read more
If you can fit a 3pc combo in one hand and take a pic, is really a 3pc? Not to mention the $6 (mini) pie and (shot glass of)... milk. Its one thing to raise the price but you cant have your mini pie and eat it too! Read more
