I placed an order online. I drove through the drive thru, and told them i placed an order online.she said i had to come in and... get it,that i could not pick it up in drive thru. So i walked in and i stood in the order pick up side and was never greeted byanyone.even the manager saw me and he never said anything. I finally spoke up but i was still being an annoyance to themapparently. I told the cashier i needed to picknup my order and she said there is no order for me. Then she walked off and wasMosin around. I finally said hello,if you dont have an order then i need to pace an order. She asked whT it was for and i said a20 piece. She said well we do t even have enough chicken to place that order. I said well i want the order so can you start tobox some up for me. I had to prove i placed the order through bojangles and by my checking account . It was alot more said and iwas having a raging migraine. I cant believe these people really think its ok to just walk around and argue amongst each otherand like im invisible. No personality at all or respect for people's time. This is ridiculous. I made an order at 7:10pn and the curbside pickup said that it was ready at 7:20 pm. It is not busy at all... and no one has gotten it ready. Then I had to wait 5 extra minutes for something to be cooked. Read more
Worst Bojangles by far! I went to this location at around 9pm and decided to get some food in the drive through hoping it would... be as good as any other location? I couldn?t be more wrong! The chicken supremes were really dry and flavorless, fries were ascold as they can get, they gave me no sauce, and to top it off? their sweet tea was really old and had residue at the bottom. Iunderstand they are trying to get ready to close by 9 or something but why would they run customers off with bad food! Read more
Im not a picky eater. I wasnt raised that way. I also typically go to the bojangles in fayetteville and have visited some in... raleigh. all in all their menus are the same all across the board but this franchise for some reason was different. I asked forthe Four piece dinner, not supreme but just the dinner with the BONE IN and it comes with a biscuit and a side. I got 4 tendersand three biscuits. I didnt ask for three. I asked for my order to be fixed and I said FOUR piece BONE IN. they literally pulledout the most shrivled dried up looking chicken with zero meat and all skin on it. it looked disgusting and unsanitary then theyadded mash potatoes and cole slaw to my box when I asked for TWO biscuits. nothing else for sides. Typically I?d take it to thejaw and just eat it but the chicken straight up was like the size of my fingers, pathetic and cooked awful. it made me lose allapetite. but Thank you to the manager here for refunding me my $11. I work hard for every cent I earn and Im not wasting it onanything I shouldnt have to including food made my kindergartners who can?t read or comprehend orders. Read more
