I drove 45 minutes cause here said that is open and closes at 9:00PM, arrived at 7:00 PM to be dismissed by the employees cause... it was already close. Very poor way to do business and in the meantime I were there like 11 people show up to buy. And youmissing business. Read more
While visiting auntie Anne?s Concond Mills in the food court I had exceptional customer service. I ordered cinnamon nuggets... cheese dip salted nuggets frozen lemonade and strawberry lemonade every thing I order was on point and I will definitely bereturning in the future. Read more
Normally I have a pretty good experience here. The pretzels are always nice and fluffy. Today I got a pretzel that was chewy and... kind of stale tasting. When I went back to talk to the cashier about the pretzel and there was a girl making them and she had Abad attitude, really sarcastic and rude. Awful. The evening staff on 07/30 couldn?t have cared less about their jobs or quality of food. I wouldn?t give their pretzels... away. Not sure when Auntie Anne?s decided to downsize their pretzels to bite size. Complete clown show ????. Read more
There wasn't a person in sight and it took 25 minutes of me sitting on the floor next to the stand waiting for my bucket of... cinnamon pretzels. People on their phone taking their time while I am trying to get home after shopping. Drinks were completelyflat, and watered down. Sounds like a shortcut the owner took. Pretzels were either burnt, or huge, and I ordered the nuggetsnot a quarter pretzel. Also asked for a sprite and they gave me a Dr pepper instead. Very disappointed Read more
