Decided to stop in for dinner as it was mine and my husband's ten year wedding anniversary. I had heard great things about this... place never been here and was very excited to try it. Unfortunately my excitement dwindled. When we walked in and was greetedby the hostess she acted like we were bothering her she looked us up and down rolled her eyes and scoffed. She hurriedly led usto our table. Soon after the waitress approached us she took our drink order (soda). And we ordered an appetizer as well (baconcheese fries) she rushed us through ordering our appetizer and felt like she didn't give us time to decide. She hurriedly walkedoff and I saw a couple of good looking mix drinks go by other people have ordered. When she came back she gave us our Cokes andquickly dropped the fries on the table. Before she turned around i asked her for a drink menu (alcohol) she's like "yeah..." Inan annoyed voice When she comes back I take a look at the menu and after what felt like maybe 20 seconds "do you know what youwant yet?" I picked a random Martini off the menu and she walked off again. She comes back with the drink and takes my foodorder I order crab cakes potatoes and mac and cheese my husband orders a cheeseburger with bacon. I was not expecting my food tobe good after the service I have received so far but surprisingly it was delicious. When she brought us our food she slid itonto the table very fast and my Mac and cheese almost fell off the plate. She's scurried off before I could say anything. I wasonly eating for a few minutes and was about halfway through the meal when she comes by the table with my bill and a to go boxlike she wanted us to leave. I was going to order dessert since it was a special occasion but after the treatment I received Idecided I am not giving that place anymore of my money. Stopped by for a quick dinner on a Friday night. Expectations weren't high to get a seat right away since it was the weekend.... There was plenty of seating but we chose to sit in the bar area. The bartender was waiting on the whole area and making drinksso after 10-15 minutes we went back to the hostess area and asked to be seated in the restaurant. First time visit. Was invited as a guest so I didn't share with my host but this place was very disappointing. Was not busy and... after waiting to be seated at the unmanned hostess station (sign read please wait to be seated) and seen by several workers butnever welcomed we decided to seat ourselves at a table in the bar. Quickly offered a drink but had to ask for menus. Orderedthe glazed chicken with rice and broccoli and it arrived quickly. Was told they were out of rice. It was early in the day andthey weren't busy. The chicken and broccoli arrived and looked appetizing but was already cold. Had to get waitress attentionseveral times as she didn't ever bring us the water we ordered and needed condiments. She was too busy taking selfies in thecorner. Been here more than a few times. The kicking chicken sandwich it is the truth! Messy but very good! Get yer napkins ready! Ranch... dressing and fries are good here too. Broccoli as a side is pretty good. My wife got this sandwich grilled tonight instead offries and she said it too was Great! Kids meals are good too in particular the chicken tenders. Kids day is Mon too. I havehad the club sandwich it too is good. But not as excellent as the kicking chicken. Read more
Service was very good, great waitress. Burger was good. Ordered the loaded waffle fries as a side to the burger. The fries... were lukewarm, cheese and bacon cold over the fries so it was a major lump. Glad I did not order it as a appetizer, as it wouldhave been impossible to eat.
