The person was alone and very over worked. There were no tomatoes or pickles available for my sandwich and he was frustrated... trying to do it all. There was very limited 2 choices of bread. Maybe remodeling is happening and this is why. Just not great asusual. Read more
Not sure how Subway Corp hasn't came down on this store yet. I got my sandwich in a bowl. Yes a bowl, no bread. Ordered through... ubereats. The receipt was correct. Also you can even call in there number is disconnected. They don't even deserve 1 star. Read more
Planned ahead & ordered 2 combo platters for lunch for our office when visitors were coming. I was MORTIFIED when I discovered... how HORRIBLE the sandwiches were! I worked at Subway for 2 1/2 years so KNOW what to expect & what's NOT ACCEPTABLE. Gas stationsandwiches are better than these were. Sandwiches NOT made fresh at all. Bread was tough & ends were very dry cause sandwicheswere NOT made fresh or with fresh bread. Toppings were ridiculous. You couldn't even see the sparse toppings that were thereunless you opened up the sandwich. I will NEVER order from the 344 Loudon Rd. Concord, NH Subway again. Read more
I normally don't do reviews, but this one I had to. I went to grab lunch around 12pm today. I got there and there was a line... which was fine. But there was 1 worker. She was fine. The other worker with blueish hair was nowhere. She finally came out andwas on her cell phone. Once she was off, she went and talked to a Walmart employee that was there. The line was getting longerand she was walking around not even helping. She turned her back to the line when she finally decided to help and she putveggies on the sandwiches. I'm not sure if I will go back to this one. My sandwich came out a mess and the station where theyput the sandwiches were not cleaned in between, so other veggied and sauces got on my sandwich and others. If you do not want towork, than don't. Worst subway of my life! girl their just want to used her old veggies along. I think we pay for the food and want to be served... the best. Not the old rotten Spanish and green paper with excess moisture for what we pay. where as she has new batchalready prepared on another side. And I asked her to serve me the new one, but she was claiming both are same batch ! Ok but Istill want the fresh one! Wasn?t on subway to pick charity food and as Customer can?t pick what we want? then pay money for it. Read more
This location is poorly staffed/scheduled, the store is dirty in front of and behind the counter and they are out of half of the... types of bread. But, despite all that, the poor woman at the counter by herself during the lunch rush made me an excellentsandwich. Read more
