Late night staff useless, put in an app order, showed up 5 mins later, waited 10 mins before they even addressed me standing... there, asked what I was waiting for then grabbed the ticket out of the printer. Not even busy. My order ahead app order took 20+mins. Read more
The Dunkin? Donuts on Manchester St. is a hit or miss, sometimes it?s great sometimes not much so much. I don?t think it?s their... fault I think it might be a training/management issue, unclear. They are good people good service. It?s just sometimes theyhave good coffee most times not. I do however, find that the best coffee in concord from a DD, is in downtown, on Main Streetin Concord! Keep getting my orders wrong. As much as I love the lattes here, your staff keeps messing them up. I've had them remade three... times for a stupid simple latte. I cannot have dairy and the lack of accommodating here is saddening. Go to your local coffeeshops, better coffee, lattes, and willingness to accommodate for your health needs. Read more
Great customer service. The cashier was friendly even though I was most definitely not fully awake. She quickly got my coffee... and I was in and out of the store for less than 5 minutes which never happens when I go to dunken. Read more
The place is convenient, updated, and open 7x24. However, on a Sunday afternoon I was the only customer inside and there was no... one to take my order. After waiting for a little, I had to say hello a few times, and still no one came for a few minutes. Shesimply said, what can I get for you. No acknowledgement of what just happened. I ordered my drinks. Asked if they hadmunchkins. She turned around, looked back at me and said no. I understand it is hard all around to hire enough staff, andcurrent employees are often stressed.
