Absolutely atrocious attention to even the smallest of details. I ordered a Egg&Cheese on an English muffin + a Box of... Munchkins, and they gave me a Egg&Cheese on a Bagel + a Glazed Chocolate Doughnut. I brought the food back, completelyuntouched, and asked for a refund. Instead of getting a refund, I was told "sorry mam, we can't issue refunds". I know y'allissue refunds. I want my money back. Extremely overpriced, considering the poor costumer service. I would give zero stars to this place. This was my first of two attempts to get a coffee while I was traveling. This location... happens to be inside a gas station. The gas station was open and the Dunkin? was closed. Everything closed up not a single thingto say someone worked there. So over an hour before their closing time they had been cleaned up for quite some time.Disappointed and fed up with Dunkin? s lack of staffing and accountability. Read more
I understand it?s short staffed but I worked in the barista world for 5 years and I was often faced with a giant line either... working by myself or with one other person. I had orders down in seconds so I?m not sure what?s happening here. Staff is rude,making me feel awkward for ordering more than one drink. It?s often wrong and I even got spoiled milk in my drink before.Needless to say, I head to other further places now. This place is always super slow. 10 minute wait for the drive through most of the time. But today was probably the worst. All... the employees are usually super nice despite being slow but I was waiting in the the drive through and decided I didn?t havetime because I had to go to work. So I walk in and there is a sign saying front counter is down but they were serving someoneanyway. So I go up after them and the first thing the employee says to me is ?can your car not go through the drive thru?? And Isaid it?s always a long wait and don?t have time then he says ?well we aren?t serving customers inside, oh well? Horrible staff. Avoid at all costs. I stopped in this morning, it took 25 minutes to get through a line of maybe 9 cars. The... woman taking orders was hard of hearing and I had to repeat my order 4 times. The man at the window was clearly tweaking,holding himself, scratching himself, swaying back and forth on edge. I watched through the window as he put his filthy handsthat were literally blackened with dirt all over my coffee. I called him out on it but they don't care. Read more
Just for context this entire review is being written while I'm waiting in line, I see I'm not only one who has to wait for their... horribly slow service. Each car that pulls up to the speaker has sat there for at least 5 to 10 minutes there are also twodunkins employees standing outside taking while a line that goes out the parking lot forms. I have been here before and its likethis all the time, please consider getting new staff, and if your going to a dunkins unless you have 30 mins to kill avoid thisone. Read more
