Horrible customer service I visit 11/27/2022 1115am bought pretzels bites. There was no butter ready for pretzels I ask is it... possible to substitute for cheddar dip. Response was no. Also, I Informed that before customer buys pretzels customer shouldhave been informed of no butter being ready at time. Usually in customer service if something not available that is usuallyoffered there should have been some substitute or discount. Cashier name was Sara. I will inform District Manger as well.
