Nice new place. Big and cool looking inside and out. Food is pretty good. Fairly friendly new person working the register,... taking my order. My first time there, at any Super Duper Burger, I had a few questions about the menu. She had to ask the otherlady every single thing I asked. The other lady was standing 2 feet away. We could both hear her answers. The person helping mechose to repeat every word of it back to me. Which is considerate, I guess? It made ordering a bummer. The other lady went fromknowledgeable to kind of annoyed pretty quickly. The manager was also kind of annoyed when I asked for my order to be mediumwell. I had forgotten to ask when I ordered because I was trying to wrap it up. I felt like I was bothering them. When I cameback to the counter to pick up my order and ask for napkins that person also seemed pretty annoyed with my existence. They gaveme a micro smear of avocado for $2.00, so I asked for more. Which they actually obliged. Thank you ! No cap. The malted milkshake was $7.00 and super duper small. Lol… it was also kind of flat, somehow. It seemed almost old. Really strange. Thebathroom was not well attended. It was well used. Overall the food was pretty good. The place is pretty nice. I put a lot ofvalue into how staff treats the customers. A little bit of patience and manners goes a very long way. A little bit of attitudegoes even further, in the wrong direction. If I return it will be through the drive-through or on DoorDash if available. Placewas highly recommended by a very trusted friend. Who is a regular customer. I was a little bit disappointed… but because Iwent there for burgers and fries and the burgers and fries were pretty good? I will give a fair and honest four stars. Read more
These are the best burgers I've tried in a while ????????you have to get the garlic fries and the ice cream to get the whole... experience. You can choose to order with a cashier at the register or on the self serve tablet; which is super convenient. Therestaurant is located inside of The Veranda shopping mall. There's plenty of parking space, although the mall is usually fullbut there's a drive thru in case you'd prefer that. Totally recommend! Read more

I was a bit disappointed. The guy ringing me up and taking my order was good. Picking up my order from the counter they forgot... two of the three burgers we ordered and a drink. I had to ask for my other burgers and the guy looked at me like I wasconfused. I also had to ask for our spiked lemonade, the guy made it and it wasn't very spiked. The burgers were all verygreasy, I have no clue how you can have that much grease on a burger. The garlic fries were fine and the regular fries werefine as well. I would say my son's Cookies and Cream milkshake was the most quality item served. I've ate at other Super Duperand had way better service and quality of food. Read more
Amazing burger. Very delicious juicy meat. You can feel good taste of meet in each bite. Nice and clean seating area and offers... different convincing ways for payment. Ketchup is not the best in the market. Read more
05/10/22 7 PM •Flat top style Burgers not Grilled (for you Grilled burger lovers :) ) Came here as everything else around is... packed! Ordered 8oz Burger + bacon + cheese With everything on it I added an egg and avocado. With a super shake cookies &cream No option to order based on temp Quite a few tables dirty, no one actively cleaning. No problem though plenty ofseating. Upon picking up my order. They forgot the shake. No biggie waited. The burger was missing the avocado i ordered(oh wellmaybe ill get the avo next time. No biggie) The burger was well done and crispy top side. Which I understand many of you dolike. The egg was at its perfect medium temp. Bacon was a bit chewy. Came with 1 slice of tomato 1 lettuce leaf and shreddedonions. The addition of cheese helped the two 4 Oz patties stay together. As I saw some meat was torn and put undereverything. Meat had a good flavor. These are flattop style Burgers and not Grilled. Sauce on the burger was more on the vinegarside. But not bad all together. The bun on the burger is tiny. Maybe to make the meat seem bigger. But it's really tiny(pictureprovided) You can get their "homemade" pickles which were nice and crunchy, I liked the little spice they had. Okay, ever since being blown away with 5 Guys, it has been difficult to find an alternative and I have experienced numerous... disappointments (Smashburger, Fatburger, Shake Shack)...until today. I have been seeing this restaurant for years and finallydecided to give it a go. Their menu has a unique look and feel which is fine so I chose their main burger offering and theflavor experience was clearly above average. The meat has a nice grilled flavor to it and the avocado tasted very fresh whichis a big deal to me. In fact, I was so drawn into the flavor experience I accidentally bit off some of the paper wrapping. Nowthis gets better, the fries were a standard size but crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, or as my kids told me as theysampled it, the fries had a mashed potato center and of course the flavor was very good. Moving on, I also tried out theStrawberry Shortcake milkshake which had good flavor as well, plus fruit and cake bits blended nicely. In the end, the price ishigh but the flavor rivals 5 Guys and I am willing to pay the steep price for this version of a Cheeseburger when I am in thearea. Surprisingly good stuff! Read more
I ordered a burger and the lettuce in it was not fresh. As one can see from the picture, it looked disgusting. I also ordered a... milkshake and the straw that was included was too short for the glass cup. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Read more
