I heard such great things about this place but the service really killed it for me. The two stars are for the bagel itself being... okay for the price point. However, I would pay up somewhere else for better ingredients and service. There was a long line thatthe staff didn't appear able to handle and that resulted in me waiting 30 minutes for an order of only two breakfast sandwiches.What really disappointed me was that someone who ordered more sandwiches after I did received her order before me.
