Very rude sandwich "artists". I'm very confused as to when subway changed their policies to having to order a sandwich exactly... how it comes. Since when was it against policy to add banana peppers to a sandwich? Both employees said no the sandwich must bemade exactly how it is supposed to be made. Unbelievable. Read more
Placed an order for pickup. I got here a little before the pickup time so I didn't expect my food to be done. She asked me to... havr a seat so I did.There was 1 person working here so I was not pushy to have the food done immediately. There were peopleahead of me in the store so I was not worried about those orders being done first. More people came in and she made one of theirorders right away and didn't even start on mine. At which point I stood up so she remembered that I was there and someone elsecomes in and she STILL made their order before mine. Originally gave this 3 stars but then I got home and saw this slappedtogether mess. I think she was upset that I asked her to make my food that was already ordered ahead of time, paid for, andalready past its scheduled time at this point rather than take the 4 new guests that came in. Do not come here or even use the app. We ordered a meatball sub on the app, they gave us a call back and said they didn't have... it so we said it's okay just refund us. They said okay... when we went to see the app the sandwich shows as picked up so ofcourse they didn't refund us and no one picks up the phone. Terrible location. The lady working in there today 11/30/21 around 1:41pm was extremely rude and unwelcoming. They should probably have someone... else making the sandwiches & give her a different assignment not working with customers and she kept getting the customer infront of me order wrong. She just wasn?t focused, welcoming or patient at all so I?ll just stick to going to the subway onPacheco at least they appreciate their customers. First & last thing there. Read more
