I give this Subway 0 stars if I could. I have been here twice at 8:30 pm, the door says the close at 9pm, Google says they close... at 9pm , but yet the very rude employees tell me they are closed even though the door is open. They told me they close every dayat 8:30pm. Change your signs and update google then.... And most of don't be extremely rude to me as if I am doing somethingwrong. Read more
Worst customer service and worst Subway in Concord. Do not go here. They will not let you use the restroom even if you are a... paying customer trying to dine in. My daughter was dancing around and needing to use a restroom while we were ordering, and wewere told that the manager does not allow customers to use the restroom. I asked for a way to contact the manager to complain asthey are breaking the law. I was not given any way to contact the manager from the worker. I will not go here anymore until theFranchise holds this owner accountable to follow CA law. Regarding the food, if you order a salad, expect a half-fullcontainer. They do not give enough lettuce for a decent salad. When ordering via the app, be careful. They often are not therewhen you place the order, and the app will still send the order through. They have also never fixed their machine, so customerscan receive points for ordering Subway for their app. I've asked numerous times when this will get fixed and am told the managerdoesn't want to contact subway for equipment that works to scan your app. Just another way this franchise does not care aboutits customers. Recommend before using Subway app to call store to verify that they are open. I placed order for pick up and when I got there... they were closed. App said they were open til 7 pm. I went to store next day and they refused to refund me. Manager told methat she left at 5 pm. Read more
