Ordered my sandwich for curbside pickup and waited....waited...so I flaked my lights and I got stares. I first tried calling... them but their phone numbers disconnected and the number on the pickup sign is unreadable? Funny I waited a total of 26min andNO O E came in? Bad service shpws. Read more

Went yesterday, Thursday 19,2022. At around 7:40 for a sandwich. Drove all the way over there since it closed at 8. A lady... working there Kicked us out because she was ?closed? and had put everything away already. Watched her clean the bathroom floorand then lobby floor without rinsing or changing water. Gross. I went by today and I was using the coupon and the staff told me that it's the last day of using the coupon. Then I found out... that many subway stores are no longer accepting coupons because of the inflation. I'm probably gonna stop going Read more

I went on Jan 15 at 230 PM and the big girl that works there would not let me in with my service dog. The door to subway says... service dogs welcomed and she didn't give me a chance to say anything she chased me out. Iam a 100% disabled veteran due to PTSDI have a service dog given to me by my VA therapist who helps me with my anxiety and she would not serve me. If anyone hasfamily members that are service member or veterans or family members with disabilities do not go to this Subway, theres amillion other Subway. Let's teach this Subway that disabled people and disabled people that require a service animal have aright to eat also. Thank you. Read more

This particular Subway needs to work on customer service with its employees. During sandwich making the employee seemed bothered... everytime I asked for an additional topping. Also, I?m not sure if my issue was a language barrier between myself and theemployees or laziness, but they kept saying ?we cannot do that?. I tried to use the new Subway rewards program card to getpoints (they said no) asked to use a gift card and then pay the rest on credit card (they said no), very frustrating experience.I?ll try a different Subway next time there are so many within a small radius. It is a place with healthy food with very quick service and the vegges used are fresh and finely chopped. I usually prefer this... when i want to carry food away. Read more

Meh. I like Subway but the service wasn?t good at this location. Employee was not in a great mood and made my sandwich very... sloppy. Basically just threw the vegetables on it. Soon as I unwrapped it everything spilled out. Read more
