For some reason they can't make a Peppermint white mocha correctly. I've had it missing peppermint. Missing ESPRESSO SHOTS. or... just coming out as a regular mocha. I do mobile orders and am usually on the Go. This is the 7th time the order has been messedup in my last 10 orders from this store. Not sure if it's a reading problem or not but as it is now a drive thru only starbucksI'm sure it will be terrible. Read more
They keep closing their lobby even when they say it's open on the note that they put on the door. All of the other nearby... Starbucks always have their lobby open. I'm not sure why this one has so much trouble. Read more

This is a Starbucks coffee with a drive-thru. I have never been inside this place but have ordered drive-thru a handful of... times. What can I say but it's a Starbucks. It's not better or worse than any other particular Starbucks but you can get coffeehere. Read more

The drive thru is always awful. Super disorganized. The line comes from 2 different directions and blocks parked cars and the... inside always seems to have an excuse for why they wont take orders inside. The other day they had the inside closed, I thinkthe sign said it was for a remodel, but there was no work being done, and no work trucks in the parking lot. And you had to goinside to find this out. They should have big signs posted in the parking lot notifying people the inside was closed. Alsodrinks are not always made correctly. The consistency has gotten better, but there was still several years of bad experience. Read more
