Twice today this location messed up my order. I rarely treat my family to coffee. This morning I placed a mobile order for pick... up, it was not ready at the pick up time that?s was given. After waiting 20 minutes I had to go to the counter and ask where mydrinks were, they forgot to make them. I just went through one more time to get a drink for my oldest daughter. I ordered acream base caramel crunch Frappuccino and they gave me a vanilla Frappuccino with caramel on top not the same. Read more

Plenty of parking. Decent indoor and outdoor seating. High school crowd. Somewhat wheelchair accessible, but not ideal. Lobby... is usually cleaner at night than during the day. Outlets aren?t dependable. Sometimes they work sometimes they don?t. Drive thruis faster here than most other locations even during rush. Overall, easy in and out drive thru with super friendly staff. Seemslike Starbucks needs to hire more employees and pay them accordingly. Read more
This location is always extremely slow. They are also quite often out of the more popular items. I understand the current... shipping issues going on but how can they run out of iced coffee? They still have coffee and ice don't they? It takes about aminute to pour coffee over ice and there you go. You now have iced coffee. But no, after waiting in the drive through line for25 min, they told me they couldn't make my drink b/c they ran out of iced coffee. I asked for a refund and went to a differentlocation, which will probably be a permanent change. Read more
The location at Landana is consistently disappointing. Rude baristas, long waits and poorly made drinks. One photo is a cloud... machiato I received at this location and the other is the same drink at another location. When I questioned the amount of actualcoffee in my drink the barista argued with me and refused to remake my drink. Everytime I get one at any other locations, thecoffee is up to the 3rd line. Same size, same flavor, everything. But when I get it at the Landana location, I barely get anyespresso for the $5 I'm spending on ice and foam. Read more
