The food was sub-par. My kids and I didn?t finish our meals OR take home the leftovers. The food was over seasoned, over cooked... and not great at all. The restaurant itself was dirty and my experience here did not compare to the Vacaville location, I willtravel the distance next time to get much better service and food from my otherwise favorite restaurant. Our to go order is missing one item, good thing I double check it before I left. But then when we got home the frustration... continues because their servings is way less compared to the one in Sacramento also I barely taste the meats because the amountare too small. Read more
I absolutely love this place. Delicious pasta and even glutten free zucchini noodles. Today I tried the orange chicken lo mein.... This is only my third time here and the second time I brought my students. They have everything from salads, macaroni and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs and even Asian noodles. I can't wait to come back again. Sadly it's all the way in Concord. I totallywish we had one in Brentwood. Maybe someday! ???? ???? Read more
The kitchen was very slow to get my food out. The store was not busy, only 4-5 customers at the time. My pad thai arrived 30... minutes after I ordered. This must be normal as there was no apologie for taking so long. The dish was good, but not authentictasting. Read more
Second time there. I tried the Japanese noodles & way too spicy for me & I ended up throwing the rest away. The man taking my... order said it wasn't. So I tried the lemon parmesan noodles with shrimp. Was really good but I wish there had been more sauce [ not much on it, more like it was tossed in it ] At another Noodles & Co I had the Pad Thai which was good. Me and my husband have been going to this place ever since it opened. Its on my top fave places to eat. We don't live close to... it like we use to, so we drove 45 min to get some. My fav bowl is the Japanese noodles! And my husband the mac n cheese with bbqpulled pork. We both got double the protein. He for sure got plenty of meat. I on the other hand did not! We hadn't eaten therein a while since our move so i was a little disappointed. Other than my portions not being what i paid for, it was still asdelicious and yummy as other times I've had it. I hate giving this rating because it?s been one of me and my kids favorite place to go together but being in customer service in... the past today crossed the line . It was 7:30 and they were putting up the chairs with 1:30 hrs still left open on a Saturday.Next for 20 mins they said the bathroom was closed when I had a toddler that need to go to the bathroom.
