I just first want to say that the food here was EXCELLENT the day we visited this spot and that is the only reason they are... receiving 2 stars and not 0. The customer service was non-existent and which made it very disappointing that I paid over $50 forenough food to feed 2 adults and a 4 year old. I love trying new restaurants especially when they?re fully plant-based and willpay for some good food but it?s absolutely not worth it when the service is poor. Don?t ask the staff any questions about itemson the menu if it?s your first time visiting because they do not want to talk to you. Very good I'm surprised how good my vegan chicken burger was! I thought the cheese was very good. I'm very picky and thought it... all tasted like a non-vegan burger. Fries were good also. My husband liked his vegan hamburger too. Read more

So we got some food here, it may not have been the cuisine we expected but, it was very tasty and the staff was super helpful!... My daughter dropped her meal from the counter top after ordering and the staff was able to replace the meal. They were superhelpful and attentive. I come here pretty regularly and I always check my food because the order is always wrong. The food is good but I hate vegan... cheese. Vegan cheese sauce is a good alternative, which they have and I ordered to substitute the regular vegan cheese. I wasreally emotional this day and did not check my food and of course I have the cheese I asked them to remove. I was already goneand live about 20 mins or so away so I didn?t go back. This is one of the restaurant we will go out of our way to visit. They have some of the tastiest vegan burgers around. They have... the beyond patty which is our favorite. But they also have delicious burger combinations that we love. On this visit we Had thebeyond patty on a pretzel roll and it was amazing. I also had a bowl of the chili which is always satisfying. Starting from rude service, strapped (closed for customers unless provide proof of vaccination and even then you have toopen it yourself) inside seating in the walkway with only three tables available and few bar stools by the window, beat upinterior (scratched and dirty walls), filthy and greasy furniture, tasteless Beyond Burger and Chili Cheese Style Fries arecalling for 0?? Outside of healthy food attempt this place needs some attention. 4??update 3-21-22 Would gladly upgrade myreview to four stars due to well improved customer service, management follow ups and pleasant atmosphere. Although some recipeswould need a little tuneup, the others are perfectly matched. The Maverick Burger is a bit dry and has two much of the BBQ saucethat kills the taste of patty and even onion ring. Beyond animal Burger on the other hand is nicely combined to please yourburger needs and more. Top it off with a special style fries and coconut peanut shake aaaaand you got yourself enough caloriesto last through the week. I?ve been here twice. The first time was a couple of years ago and I bought a hot dog. The flavor was on point but the texture... was off putting. There were large chunks in the sausage and I don?t remember any hot dog with chunks, ever. Most recently was onthe 21st. I bought an Octoberfest ?burger?. It was a messy delight. The beer cheese and grilled veggies made for a slippery,messy burger. But the meat, flavors and overall texture was wonderful. The ?meat? was not strange, but resembled ground beefperfectly. The cheese is dairy free as are the shakes they offer. I bought a seasonal pumpkin small shake and was impressedwith the real pumpkin flavor that came through along with the coconut milk ice cream, which was very creamy. While there I askedabout the hot dog and was told they have changed who they outsource with. The texture is smooth, not chunky. I?ll be back togive that a try. Folks serving and cooking were super nice and willing to take the time to educate. I recommend if you?relooking for a special treat and have a hankering for a bit of those yesterday?s when you could have animal products or didn?tknow that was what was causing that digestive upset, to give Next Level a try. Funny that I never noticed this spot but maybe it's because their sign is sort of covered by the tree in front of the sign. One... member of the family now eats vegetarian/vegan food so this was perfect. So we got the classic burger, the beyond meat, andgrilled cheese sandwich for the kid. We also ordered the tater tots and fries. And some shakes, mint chocolate chips, peanutbutter chocolates chips and a regular chocolate shake. The beyond burger had good flavor but it seemed to be a little undercooked but nothing that a microwave can?t fix. The classic burger was made with quinoa, it was good, it had a little kick to itbut it became very messy because it was a little on the soft side but still good. The grilled cheese was interesting looking-itwas two burger buns flipped with cheese inserted in between never seen it done that way. The shakes were awesome! You can getit made with soy or coconut based, it was delish! Our server Roxanne was very friendly. We ordered food for pick up so it wasready once we got there. Nice and hot. Note: the menu might need a little update. I mentioned we ordered on the phone and wetried to order spicy tater-tots and salted caramel shake they said those weren't on the menu.
