That is the worst experience ive ever had. I asked for promo sausage eeg mcmuffin. They guy said they dont have this promo, only... sausage mcmuffin, so i told him 3times, sausage egg muffin, no promo!!!!!he gave me sausage muffine, i ate half of the sausagemuffins on my way but i realized its not with egg. I went back and asked him i ordered sausage egg muffin, he got so mad andvery rude "no u said sausage muffin, give it to me the order" so i told him i ate half of one order. He got mad and he snatchedone of the sausage egg muffin out my hand very rude and just left. I dont understand why some people could be that rude. Verydisrespectful. This location is amazing. Always clean. Staff is over the top friendly. I was here five days a week with my daughter when she... was in preschool. We lived right around the corner and this was a nice air conditioned place to go play at the playplace. I canonly think of one time when my order was wrong after two years of eating here regularly. I have to admit, the pandemic brought a lot of unemployment, now the restaurant are short on stuff, and sometimes that makes... harder to give a good service. My visit today was one, where they took my order,gave me the food, but my drinks took long to getthe cup, and I have a handicap person that requires my attention. Maybe next time make sure you give the customer all he/sheneeds. Read more
What can I say? Most McDonald's are the same. And the food was normal McDonald's food. Not bad but not great though I do think... they have great fries (3rd to In-n-Out Burger & Jack-In-The-Box Curly Fries) when it comes to fast food restaurants. 12:19am I traveled here from pleasant hill because their location closes earlier. This location has a manager that doesn't like... debit cards after midnight. It's the 3rd time the cashier welcomes the customer by asking "we are only taking cash at this time,is that ok?" It is NOT OK. I wanted an explanation from the manager but she ignored me in the back pretending to be workingwhile NO ONE ELSE was on front of me at the drive thru ????. As if I was stupid. I stood there for 3minutes then decided notworth my precious life time. And they've lost my business for at least a month. they as in the company in general. I protest bytaking my money elsewhere. It's ok if corporate doesn't care ???? it's inconvenient as unprofessional coming from a billiondollar company with historically good reputation. In case McDonald's hasn't noticed, fuel prices are out of control and peoplelike myself consider time and travel expenses.
