The service was so slow the order was wrong and not to clean . Food was good
After waiting in line for 15 minutes it was finally our turn to order. We approached the counter and was told "sorry, we're too... busy and are no longer taking orders inside, only the drive thru is open." If you can't staff enough employees to handle bothdrive thru and dining room then close the dining room. Don't take everyone's order then decide to close it on the last patroninside. The worst service I have ever seen, specially the guy who works at the drive thru window, very rude and disrespectful
Last time I ordered 2 Breast and a wing When I got home I had two wings and a Breast. Today I go again and order the kfc 3 piece... box (2 Breast and a wing) I even showed the girl at drive thru a picture of my last order. And asked if this is correct ? Shesaid yes ?I get home and I have 2 thighs and a leg?..are you kidding me ?.. this is not good. Maybe the drive thru speakerdidn?t translate the order correctly. .however because of distance I ate the food which is always hot and fresh. Ordered just a large Root Beer Freeze at the drive thru. They asked us to stop before the window. We then saw the cashier go... outside to the car ahead who was getting ready to turn onto the street and get a cup BACK from them. It was our Root BeerFreeze. My husband didn't want to say anything and cause a problem but what the hell? That's gross. How much could that possiblycost the restaurant in ingredients to just remake? This location has very bad customer service. Rude with attitude. The drive-through doesn't give a receipt so you don't know what... they charged to your card. They hold you back behind the drive-through window for some odd reason so you can't see what they doyour order. All the windows are blocked, making the store look messy and unnecessarily hidden. Better customer service at otherlocations, no need to waste your time here. Read more
Worst coleslaw! Brought 2 large and the taste was not usual KFC best coleslaw. Very disappointed, especially with the almost $14... price. Read more
