I have been to four Ramen 101's including this location and I would say this is the best yet. I had the black garlic ramen. I'm... not a fan of corn or sprouts in ramen but I didn't want to modify. The ramen was quick. Not three minutes quick but enough timeto wash up and check a couple of emails. The presentation was excellent. The egg was cut in half. There was a whole egg, nothalf of one egg. The yolk was uncooked, smooth, and creamy. The broth was excellent. It was well balanced between savory,creamy, and brothy from top to bottom of the bowl. A decent, if forgettable, ramen place. Quite small. You order at the counter and they bring your order to the table. The staff... are super polite and accommodating to requests to eliminate toppings. They were very sweet and attentive. We were servedquickly. The ramen itself had a good broth (I had miso, spicy), though the meat was a bit chewy. There was a very large quantityof noodles, and the bowl was very filling. All in all, a good experience, but not a particularly unique or special quality. Met my friend for dinner here and I was so excited to finally try it; let me tell you, it definitely exceeded my expectations!... The staff was so friendly, the food was hot and delicious and they were very quick! I will definitely be back! Friendly and fast service. Ramen came out hot, noodles perfectly cooked. Pork was flavorful and soft. Mushrooms were tender,... but with appropriate texture and egg was softboiled. I ordered the spicy broth, and it was actually spicy! Not over the top, buta good amount of heat. Restaurant was clean and the kitchen was quick. Good spot and I will definitely return. Read more
