It?s fine, normal Jamba Juice except that they don?t know how to answer their phone and their app is always either missing... products or sizes. This means if you want to order ahead of time for pickup to save yourself the 5:00-10:00 minute wait? youcan?t. Read more
I stood there for 5 mins before 1 of the 5 staff members said absolutely nothing to me. I understand being busy with online... orders but at least acknowledge the customers when they walk through the door. It took a group of 3 boys to come in before thathappened. I?m visiting family and I went to this Jamba Juice on Memorial Day, when I went it was very busy and there were a lot of of... orders, and well the workers were doing there job and making the smoothies and attending the customers but there was an AfricanAmerican young women, she had a different colored shirt and apron from the other employees and she was just standing there nothelping them AT ALL. I was watching her while waiting for my order to see if she would help but she just stood there and I wasabout to ask for the manager to speak to them because this behavior that she was showing is unacceptable and unfair to those whoactually were doing their job and attending the customers. I don?t know if that?s part of her job to just stand around and watcheveryone but if it is she shouldn?t even get payed.
