UNPREPARED Establishment. 11pm 6/7/22 2 years post pandemic... Came to buy a couple JJ jr's. At the window the woman told they... were out of the small patties. I told her to use the big patties but she refused. So what the customer is forced to buy a moreexpensive item? Customer service is dead at Jack. They used to care that the customer enjoyed visiting. The milk shakes are great but the chicken nuggets were oily, soggy and didn't taste good.
Any Jack in the box I've been to gives you free dressing and dips, here I ordered ranch dressing and taco sauce and they wanted... to charge me 25 cents for each. I am very disappointed in this particular place. Read more
Good tasting and relatively freshly fried/made.
The service was good, but the food they served me was horrible!!!!! The onion rings were burnt, the curly fries they gave me... were in little pieces (kinda like pieces from the bottom the the bag), and the spicy chicken was over cooked and dry. Read more
They were about to not service me, for they wanted to close extremely earlier to sleep during business hours... Don't like that... the older Hispanic women have no respect for their job title, for they feel comfortable speaking up and doing what they want tosince getting a job is easy for them and staying in USA is no problem anymore... Year by year, we are losing the whole conceptof customer service. This is why businesses are shutting down. Very seldom am I completely satisfied ???? with food services.I'm not complicating or demanding and hardly speak up, but I feel like I should start to, for I also work harder for my money.If anything, I work harder to earn my money. I even have witnessed the employees close during business hours just to sleep. I'm not that rude or inconsiderate to run someone's business down the drain like most careless employees everywhere. This timearound, I had cold fries and tacos and too much ice in my drink as the carbonation was flat as well. They refused to make ashake, for they said its getting cleaned and closed.
