Extremely disappointed! I just ordered four burritos, and when asking for meat got the tiniest pinches! Ridiculous! Listen to... the other reviews don?t go here if your hungry. For the cost which has gone up, they have really cut back on the food. When theymade my first burrito I looked at the guy and said ?seriously?? He put some more meat on it and then charged me for double meat!Seriously I want to support chipotle but I will never go back here. Read more

The young lady at the register was kind and professional when I arrived to pick up my on-line order. The receipt on the bag only... had my name; so I inquired if both my orders were in the bag. She looked and asked if I ordered two bowls, chips and dip. Iagreed and took the bag home. I'm a new Chipotle customer so I was unaware that the customer names are on the items. I wasdisappointed to find bowls with other peoples names on them. I returned to the restaurant and approached the counter bag inhand. This is where I was meet by a very unpleasant woman. This place no sense of understanding what a customer ask .I go to multiple chipotle places in this area but this one different... .I ask to add Guacamole and they add extra guacamole (doubl) without letting know and charge me . It?s not clean and staff isrude when you inquire why the double charge ..whoever manages this place better get corrected soon .. One more thing I cameback again to see if this place is changed on 8/18 they closed at 9.40 pm when closing is 10 pm .They close 29 mins early toclean Read more

It?s unfortunate to see a place of work employ so many minors and not properly train them on keeping a restaurant tidy and in... shape. The lemonade bubblers we?re not on and I had to turn them on for the employees. It was 5 PM, by that point. the companyeither makes the lemonade in the morning, or reuses it from the night before. I cant imagine the lemonade was any good by thetime I was there. Not to mention the main counter was covered in rice, and the floors looked like they were unswept for almostthe whole day. The General Manager at the time seemed to be negligible towards the state of this restaurant, and didn?t send anyemployees to handle any of the worries I had just noticed. Read more

It?s a chipotle. There is is not much seating inside but there is plenty outside. The set up inside feels a bit cramped. What... I?ve noticed is that instead of putting finished orders on the shelf they keep it behind the counter so you need to give yourname for it. Read more

I like Chipotle in general but this new location needs a bit of training perhaps. Ordered salad online, received my order and... didn't check until I got home. Salad had no lettuce in it. I mean the salad starts with a lettuce, right? they added all thetoppings but not the lettuce :( Read more
