Cleanest BK and fastest I've ever visited
I waited 12 minutes in the drive thru only for them to tell me that I can't pay with card because their card machine wasn't... working. What a disappointing waste of time. I get it, technological difficulties isn't anyone's fault. But please put a sign atthe entrance of the drive thru that their machine is down so customers don't waste their time. Read more
I just ordered a spicy Chicken sandwich, the New one and oh my god! It was drenched in spicy sauce. I couldnt even eat it... because it was all soggy, and i specifically said no pickles and there i have it, PICKLES ON IT! Such a waste of my money! Sodisappointed! Read more
Bad customer service. Ordered two whoppers 2 different ways both whoppers were exactly the same. Went all the way home to find... out the one whopper wasnt edible. Drove all the way back to get it remade. The cook almost remade the burger wrong a secondtime. I asked for a small drink for my trouble. They said no. I said "OK well let me pay for a drink." She told me the cost Ihad my money on the counter, she went amd helped two drive through customers instead. I took my money and left. Will never goback to this location. STOP BEING CHEAP Burger King!!! You waste someone time and money by making their order wrong, the leastyou can do to make it right is a small drink, which what costs you less than 10 cents? Read more
I was the only one inside and I had to wait for 10 minutes just to place my order. Then I had to wait another 10minutes for my... food. The staff paid more attention to the people in the drive thru than who was in front of them. Food was good and temp wasfine, that's how they are still getting 3 stars for this review. Read more
My experiences with this Burger King was good. The line for the drive thru sometimes gets really long so the wait can be a... while, but they have parking spots right in the front so you can always go inside. The interior was nice, not the nicest BurgerKing I've been to but it wasn't the worst either. The staff was okay, it really depends on who you get because sometimes when Igo there they are very friendly but other times you can tell they are tied and just want to go home. They have never been rudethough so that is nice. Just an average Burger King with a drive thru that can get busy times, especially with the universitynearby. Read more
I stopped to get a hamburger. Service good and it has been a long time since going to Burger King and will come back.
