Order a cake online went to pick it up and it was ready. The manager was not there so they gave me her cel number. I called her... and asked for a refund, she tells me I have to come back on Monday when she is working to get it. I explained I work on Mondayand I do not live near the store. I asked to call on Monday to get a refund and she said no. You would think they we wouldapologized for not having the cake but nope. I never received an apology and still no refund for a cake I never received.Horrible customer service. Read more

If i could give this place zero stars i would. Upon entering i was greeted by the overwhelming smell of sewage. Everyone working... looked miserable as would i in those circumstances. I can only imagine the serious health concerns that must come with whateveris causing it. Wouldnt recommend going here given the complete lack of concern for their customers as well as their ownemployees well being. Read more

Normally I prefer the one on Oak Grove. However today manager was there and they were super helpful. Manager even offered to go... to another store to get somebody a flavor they had sold out of. Also today is national ice cream day so they had a great salegoing on the to go quarts. Read more

Great place to take my small kids for a nice ice cream snack. I do agree with other reviewers that its a shame that the prices... are going up gradually but we must remember were we are and it seems everything in the area is getting pricey. Regardless, thestaff has always been very friendly and welcoming. The ice cream is always tasty and satisfying. Read more

Classic standard Baskin Robbins spot. We had a blizzard like thing that was good. Service was fine too.
