Fast food, but one of the few places where you can get a chili dog and tater tots. This is one of those places that you suddenly... realize you have a craving for. This particular location is hit-or-miss in terms of service (as with any fast food restaurant)and can be a little tricky to get into due to being on a busy street. Do I have to give a star? After waiting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, we finally got our food (or should I say half of... it)... out of 4 meals we were missing 2 of the meals. Yes, HALF of the food. 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. We told them what wasmissing, just to wait another 15 minutes for a fry to still be missing.... maybe matching the food to the receipt would helpmake sure the order was correct? I will not be returning to this place, they missed half of the items on my order. and when I called to ask about it I was told... that I wasn't charged for them, so I am fine. The guy at the window knew nothing about my order and was just rushing me out. Theicing on the cake for me is that the JUMBO chicken we ordered was nothing more than chunks, what a joke. Read more
Nice experience with lots of fast food options. They have hot dogs on the menu, so my daughter loves it. Everything on the menu... looked great and was a nice change of pace from the typical. Having outdoor seating has always been a plus in my book. The orderscreens in the bays were down, so the drive thru was the only option at the time. I ordered two meals and received no receipt so my complaint is going online. The lady in the drive through either was ignoring... me or couldn?t hear me properly. I ordered larges and was charged for them and received smells. The chili dog meal barely hadtoppings and the tots were half empty with none in the bag. The 5 piece tenders were old and rubbery and the tots were also. Thetoast in the meal was rock hard and instead of giving a full order of tots they tried to fill in the space with a onion ring anda couple of under cooked fries. The friend I took there is from Florida where there?s tons of these and he says this is theworst one he?s ever been to. I will be doing the opposite of recommending this sonic to people who ask. I waited a day to postthis so I wouldn?t post it while upset just to make sure I only wrote down the actual issues. Read more
RAW partially still frozen fries! They were still white and soft, the fact they put them in a container and then in the bag,... baffles me. Wasted my families time and money. Read more
I would rate it a zero if I could. Ordered a number three and the bread was burnt and hard. My tater tots were literally so... cold. And we ordered two coneys. A foot long and a regular one and they barely put chili on them. Its a friday night so wewaited in line over 15 mins, oh and lastly they shoved all our food in a small bag so the small coney was squished as well asthe burger.
