I had a great burrito a couple days ago at Palermo?s in Jenison and wanted to experience that again while in Grand Rapids. BOY... was I wrong! This Palermo?s is absolutely HORRIBLE!! It was cold, dry, burnt, no tomato or lettuce, chicken was full of grizzleand the container was flattened upon delivery! The ground beef tastes like dog food to top it off. NEVER go here! Read more
Stromboli was ginormous! Super yummy and a great price. The cheese sauce served on the side with the garlic knots was weird... tasting, wouldn't recommend that add on. Read more
Had a little hiccup on my order but it was quickly remade AND the bill was credited! Great job on the pizza and the customer... service. Keep buying from your local business, way better than the chain joints. Read more

This might be one of the 5 best pizzas I have ever had. The pizza had pounds of toppings and cheese we got the Palermo Super... deluxe. It had everything you could think of. Bacon , ham , pepperoni, onions , olives ,peppers and mozzarella cheese. Read more
Ordered subs and they were the worst subs I have ever had, had the aluminumfole inside the sub, bun was all saturated with... grease. Wont ever eat there again. Gave this place another today12/2/22 and the pizza was cold, extremely greasy and just plannasty, the cheesy bread wasn't any better. The good thing about the whole meal was the cookie. To bad cuz it's in myneighborhood. Won't order from there again. Tony should have kept the place. Read more
