Avoid this place, we came when it wasn't even busy like literally nobody was here. We couldn't even make it through the door... without the hostess freaking out on us screaming, because they had 15 people coming in and we were 5 people and a baby and sheacted like we were the problem and they didn't have the capacity to serve so little of people. I couldn't believe her attitude.I was iffy about the bad reviews about their bad customer service, seriously stay clear of this place. It's shame because Wetraveled several hours to eat here. So very impressed with the politeness and the respectfulness of the waitresses. They were short-staffed and yet the two young... ladies (anyone younger than me, myself, and I) gave it their all. They took our order, got it out in a timely manner, and madesure our drinks didn't run out. Also, a big thanks to the one and only cook on duty. He didn't go crazy and pull his hair outwith all the bizziness. Real Troopers. Thank you one and all!!! Read more

It was Father's Day of course it was busy. So I walked into the store to a takeout order. I figured it'd probably be a 30-minute... wait but it was Father's Day so that was okay. Finally about 20 minutes later, sooner than I thought. My order came out hot andready. I was excited to bring it to my daughter because that's what she wanted for her birthday breakfast. I get to her houseshe opens her food she goes oh they didn't give me blueberry pancakes I said wait I bought something for your brother so shelooks in the other one and there's her blueberry pancakes. I asked for all bacon we got all sausage. I asked and paid for extrasyrup and did not get the blueberry syrup. The lady that took my order so I'm sure she was under extreme pressure given that shewas so busy was so caught up in her frustration that you could read all over her face, just give me your order and get out of myway attitude was coming out of her. My family and I were very excited to finally live in a city with a IHOP!! Unfortunately we were absolutely disgusted and let... down. Let's start off with the fact THERE WAS A BUG IN OUR SALAD!!! We Didn't even notice until my fiance had taken a bite.???? The portions are so incredibly small. The crepes and pancakes were actually good... Until we added the side of strawberriesthat came with the strawberry banana crepes and it tasted like sour wine if that makes sense. I ordered the turkey dinner.. Ireceived a tiny cup of potatoes ( one used for a side of dressing). The turkey was not even a piece of turkey, it seemed as if Igot the scrapings from the bottom of the pan (fatty and slimy). there's no flavor to the food. My mashed potatoes were superrunny as if it was just mixed in the cup with a bunch of water and into my order. My biggest thing was the bug. I understandbugs (fruit flies, nats) can happen, especially with produce. But this was neither of those bugs and it was on top dead.Completely grossed out. Best place for pancakes! Strawberry banana pancake was really good and for omelettes I would recommend the chicken fajita. The... filling is good and as they say it?s not breakfast that they serve but it?s a break feast. The place is clean and location iswell accessible. But, had to wait for almost 40 mins to get my order which is something they should improve. Although, I wouldreally appreciate if they had a breakfast buffet. Read more
