Love this location! Staff is always friendly and quick. Never had an issue and I have been coming here for years. One time there... was a staffing issue so they had to close earlier but they left signs up and even referred us to the Plainfield location. Worst frozen coffee drink I've had to date- very watery with no consistency. The chocolate chips weren't blended as requested,... which continually clogs the straw. Disappointing biggby experience but the customer service was great. Read more

You could tell they were under staffed but the staff was still super friendly. Poor people were running around like a chicken... with their heads cut off but they were diligently doing their jobs. They definitely all deserve a raise and some recognition forthe hard work they do. Read more
