I'm giving one star for the excellent manager that went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I would rate her 5 stars, but my... overall ratings are based on service, presentation, accuracy, speed, and value for the money. My order was supposed to be readyin 20-24 minutes. If that actual wait is over 30 minutes to an hour, they should tell people. My wait was nearly an hour.Several other customers also left complaining about waiting over an half hour for their food. Honesty and integrity goes a longway. The cashiers or apps should be honest about the wait so that people can make an informed decision on where to patronizethat day. Some people don't have the time in their schedule to wait that long. Others don't have the health to stand on theirfeet in the cold for almost an hour for 10 wings. It's definitely not worth it for those of us with very small orders. It wasvery busy. Some orders weren't even being dropped for 30 minutes. I'm thankful for the manager for taking control of thesituation once I brought it to her attention. Unfortunately I will not be returning nor will I recommend this location toothers. Read more
I'm giving them 3 stars because it didn't make any sense for anyone to put as much seasoning salt on my fries. I didn't ask for... extra seasoning and to get home to a large salt fries I couldn't even give it to the dogs. Just a waste of money Read more
