Very bad customer service here, I placed a mobile order to be picked up in store and there lobby was closed but somehow they... were still accepting mobile order. I tried to speak to the manager and she told me there was not much she can do, she should?vestopped receiving mobile orders as she knew there lobby would be closed and not everyone has the time to wait in a long drivethru line. Noemi was no help nor was she tried to accommodate , she blamed it on her higher ups, as a manager you should be ableto accommodate to the customers needs or find a different alternative. Don't waste your time coming here...I paid for cold brew and waited 15mins until they finally told me they didn't have cold brew... and if I would like something else instead. They should've started with that instead of having me wait. I ended up being late towork and no coffee smh. Read more
The drive thru line was long so I decided to go inside and it was only me and my friend I ordered a drink and she got herself a... juice from the cooler. I think it was only us two and another customer. Then shortly after a group of people came in. The girlwho ordered after us got her drink first we didn?t mind because it was a small drink and two cups of water. It?s been 15 minsand then the girl is handing out the drinks to the group that came in after us and I just asked for a refund and she?s going tosay oh your drink is over there it?s been sitting there. My question is why couldn?t she tell me it was ready or called out myname. And when I asked for the refund she?s going to ask me are you sure after telling my drink had been sitting there. Would be great if when you pull off the freeway to get a coffee during well before the listed closing time. Listed as 8 and its... 330.. apparently 6ou can't trust it. The last 3 times I have come here there are people waiting so long for their drinks. My drink was suppose to be ready at 8:18... which was good because I only work 5 minutes away. It is 8:30 and my drink is not ready. Now I am late for work. Sounacceptable. Over 5 people requested refunds. Over 20 people are in here waiting. Read more
