We have been to the Pickled Carrot many times over the years and we love the food, the service and the prices. This food truck... is not your average food truck experience. First and foremost the facility is spotless, which is a pleasant change from some ofthe food trucks we've seen. We've tried pretty much everything on the menu and we definitely have our favourites. The chickenburger is tender and delicious. The coating on the chicken is gluten free, which is a total bonus. The burgers are seriouslythe best we've ever had. Our all time favourite from the Pickled Carrot is the Newfie Poutine! As a Newfoundlander who is farfrom home I was so pleased to get a great feed of chips, dressing, and gravy! This is a staple on the Rock and I certainlydon't know of anyone else who has it. I was also super pleased that they use real Newfoundland, Mount Scio savoury! Superdelicious and well worth the drive! We also attended a wedding 4 years ago that was catered by The Pickled Carrot and the foodwas truly amazing! There were a few guests who were Celiac and another couple who were gluten intolerant. I have never been toany catered event that had so many delicious options with no gluten! Read more

Amazing food, love that they?re committed to using local food and products. Hand formed made from scratch burger patties, the... bacon cheddar with the rocko option is so good! Chicken burger is super crispy, juicy and so tasty, if you like spice theatomic chicken burger is a must. Oh and the poutine is made with real squeaky cheese and an amazing homemade gravy! Overpriced as others have said... I won't go back. Food is alright but nothing crazy but prices are just ridiculous. They tried... to sell me a burger and side poutine for 35$ no drink incl. The pickled carrot is just a very basic what you'd expect.. onceagain way overpriced. Read more

I had a burger and fries, my wife had a mozza burger and fries. Friendly, fast service, so that's a big plus. Burgers didn't... have a lot of flavour. My wife didn't even want to finish hers. Fries could have been from Costco. Definitely not worth $37.00 Read more
